Rob is going to be running the Virgin London Marathon 2014 to raise MUCH NEEDED funds for Chilterns MS Centre
The Chilterns MS Centre exists to provide non-drug treatments for people living with Multiple Sclerosis.
There can be a real sense of shock, disbelief and a feeling of loss of control when a person is diagnosed with MS.
There is also a perception that this means disability and wheelchairs; yet this is increasingly becoming a misconception for many, especially since the advent of better treatments, medication and earlier interventions.
One of the key ways we try to help people living with MS is by offering a number of life-changing and supportive therapies helping to give greater independence and comfort to those people living with MS.
The NHS provides no long-term treatment for people diagnosed with MS; that means the treatments, therapies and services provided by the Chilterns MS Centre are a lifeline for people who have MS, their families and carers.
